JEFFREY "Jeff" ALLEN BLEVINS, 44, of 133 Ray St., Hagerstown, Md., passed away Friday, April 30, 2010, at his home. Born June 11, 1965, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late James Blevins and Patricia A. (Munson) Blevins.
He was formerly employed as a surveyor with Fredrick Seibert & Associates and Gerald Cump. He was a graduate of Clear Spring High School, class of 1983.
He is survived by three sons, Mitchell, Matthew and Jonathan; two brothers, Steven E. Blevins of Big Pool, and James C. Blevins, Williamsport, Md.; and a nephew.
Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home Inc., Clear Spring, was in charge of arrangements; services and internment were held at the convenience of the family.
