Eugene "Gene" NEICE and 3rd wife Nellie Louise (CATTERSON) NEICE, Ssgt Donald Lee Neice , Richard James "Dick" NEICE, Sr., his 1st wife Delores Ann Arnold, 2nd wife Jamie Lou Montgomery, and his 3rd wife Rita Concepta "Connie" (BURNS) NEICE, and his sister; Rosemary Kay (NEICE) LEONARD, her 1st husband Joseph Rae Long Sr, and her 2nd husband Robert Leon "Leon" LEONARD. Richard and Rosemary are twins.
