Mrs. Margaret A. Alford, 18, of Burnside, Putnam county, died yesterday [March 24] morning in a Charleston hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the home of her brother, G.B. Blankenship of Burnside and burial will be in the Alford cemetery in Putnam county.
Survivors include her husband. P.M. Alford; an Infant daughter, Phylis Alford; three sisters. Mrs. D.C. McClaster and Mrs. Clyde McClaster of Lookout and Mrs. Ethel Nichols of Charleston, and four brothers, Leonard and Jarrel Blankenship of St. Albans, Robert Blankenship of South Charleston and G.V. Blankenship.
