Born in Calhoun County, daughter of Charles and Etta Duffield Knotts, she was a member of Wayside United Methodist Church and Deborah Circle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Price Arnold.
Survivors include three daughters, Anna Lee Lowe, Mary Henry and Evelyn Parsons, all of Vienna; a brother Cecil Knotts of Barberton, Ohio; five sisters, Reva Gibson of Ivydale, Marie Arnold of Coolville, Ohio, Opal Weekly of Minnora, Jean Carte of Scott Depot and Juanita Siers of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
Services were held Monday, at Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg. The Rev. Edward Bayer and Rev. Constantine Metallides officiated with burial in Arlington Cemetery.
