Obituary
Cecil Knotts, 81, of Vienna, formerly of Spencer, died Friday, June 28, 1991, at Louis A. Johnson Veterans Center, Clarksburg, following an extended illness. He was born in Calhoun County, a son of the late Charles C. and Etta Duffield Knotts. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a former truck driver and had retired from Ohio Match Co., Wadsworth, Ohio.
He is survived by five sisters, Reva Gibson of Nebo, Opal Weekley of Parkersburg, Marie Arnold of Torch, Ohio, Juanita Siers of Fayetteville and Jean Carte of Charleston.
He was preceded in death by one sister and five brothers.
Services were held Monday at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, with burial following in the Prudence Chapel Cemetery, Lenora [Minnora}.
