Evelyn M. Allen September 14, 1925 - August 3, 2010 SALEM - Evelyn passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Bud Allen in 1946 and they moved to Salem in 1952. She is survived by sons, Dennis (Kathie) of Salem, and Kent (Angie)of Scotts Mills; daughters, Kathy (Jim) Schuette of Salem, and Denise Stacks of Helena, Montana; grandchildren, Tim, David, Jesse, Tom, Brian, Tabitha, Doug, Shawn, Dustin and Sierra; 11 great-grandchildren; and brother, Dee Morgan of Salt Lake City, Utah. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Belcrest Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2 p.m. at LDS Church, 2530 Boone Rd. SE, Salem. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the Humanitarian Fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints.
