Mrs. Effie S. Wright, 67 who came here in 1965 from Passadena, Calif., and was a member of the North Phoenix Baptist Church, died yesterday in Maryvale Hospital. Mrs. Wright, 2901 N. 51st Drive, was born in Bonham, Tex. her survivors include a son, Stanley D. Gilkinson; a daughter , Judith Holdorf and a sister , Rubie Lee Amlin, all of Phoenix; four brothers out of state; four grandchildren and a great grandchild. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Firday in Grimshaw's Bethany Chapel, 710 W. Bethany Home. Burial will be in Glendale Resthaven Cemetery.
