He survived by one son and daughter-in-law of Sugartown, one sister of Lake Charles; and two grandchildren.
He was a veteran of WWII, a cattleman, and worked at Crosby Chemicals in DeRidder, and did power line construction work for over thirty years.
Funeral services were Monday, June 9, 2014 at Myers-Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder. Burial followed in Shiloh Cemetery in the East Beauregard Community. Bro. Ford officiated.
