Anthony "Bill" Allen Sr., age 64, resident of Boylston, for 37 years, moving to Blind Creek Drive in 2013, passed away Monday at Oswego Hospital. Bill was born January 4, 1950, in Utica, the son of George and Viola Waggoner Allen. He married Linda Higgins on January 30, 1971. Bill was employed by the Town of Boylston Highway Department for 21 years when he retired. He was also employed at various restaurants. Surviving: his wife, Linda M.; two daughters, Sarah (Thomas) Tibbles of Fulton, Felicia Webb of Sandy Creek; two sons, Anthony Allen, Jr. of Brattleboro, VT and his partner, Mark Cuppenell, and Jason (Mary Ellen) Allen of Fulton; one brother, Robert Allen of Altmar; 32 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, NY with burial in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the funeral.
