Goldie Clorene McCoy,75, 419 N. 19th, died Thursday,
Sept. 5, 1996, in a Duncan hospital.
Service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Don Grantham
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Green officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. McCoy was born on Sept.21, 1920, in Rudy, Ark., to
the late U.A. and Dovie Zoe (Moore) Johnson. She married
Pierce McCoy on Jan.12,1941, in Idabel, OK. She was a
resident of Duncan since 1955 and was a homemaker. She
was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of the home; a son and
daughter-in-law, Eugene and Fern McCoy of Duncan; two
daughters and sons-in-law; Linda and Bill Gilbert, and
Loretta and Richard Lambert, all of Duncan; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by her parents and six brothers.
Bearers will be Jody Doughty, Gary McCoy, Ronnie McCoy,
Tom McCoy, Russell Rains and Bryan Baugh.
