Harvey Hugo Heller, age 91, of Chilton, died on Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home in Fond du Lac.
He was born July 22, 1922 in the Town of Stockbridge, son of the late John Louis & Anna (Reichwald) Heller. Harvey married Shirley Jean Larson on July 17, 1948 and the couple farmed together in the Town of Stockbridge.
Upon his retirement from farming, Harvey earned his real estate license and ran a real estate business. He was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Chilton, the Quinney Fishing Club, Calumet Sno Riders and was a founding member of the NFO. Harvey was a wonderful husband and lived life on his own terms. In his free time, he enjoyed snowmobiling, sturgeon spearing and running a stone picker for Meyer Farms in his retirement. Harvey also liked to travel and managed to visit each of the 50 states in the Union.

Survivors include his wife: Shirley; his children: Robert (Judy) Heller of Hilbert, Becky Rach of Fond du Lac; 5 grandchildren: Carrie (Dan) Korb, Kim (Jesse) Schneider, Craig Heller, Jessica (Kevin) Klahn, Eric (Christy) Rach; 5 great grandchildren: Kaylee, & Jacob Korb, Blake & Taylor Schneider, Emma Lou Klahn; and a sister: Ruby Baer. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers: Robert, Arno, & Adolph Heller; and a sister: Marlea.

Funeral services for both Shirley and Harvey will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Ebenezer United Church of Christ (44 W. Washington) in Chilton with the Rev. Michael Safford-Kennedy officiating. Friends may call at the church from 9:00 am until 10:45 am on Saturday, January 25, 2014. Memorials given to the Alzheimer's Association in the names of Shirley and Harvey Heller are greatly appreciated.
