Zelda A. Jensen Oettli "Grandma Sally" Sally passed away peacefully at home with her daughters by her side, May 9, 2004. She was born December 3, 1914 in Caliente, Nevada to Cammon and Vivian Hickman Arrington. In 1933 she married Henry C. Jensen, who preceded her in death November 1967. Sally married Tony Oettli in 1969 and he passed away in 1989. Grandma Sally touched the lives of countless people. Her love for her family knew no bounds. She was a compassionate person and "always there" for those in need. One treasure she left for her family is the cabin at Wanship. Grandma's cabin is "everyone's cabin." Her "hot macaroni" Christmas party was a favorite family tradition. The door was always open to Sally's home, everyone was welcome. She had a unique gift that made those who entered feel special. She was always on the go--taking it easy was not in her vocabulary. "Just ask me and I'll go!" Mom loved her family, friends, the cabin, her church, and CARDS. Preceded in death by her husbands, her son, Henry Jensen Jr., son-in-law, Karl Peterson, twin granddaughters and twin great-granddaughters, sisters Virginia Boothe, Betty Randle, and Billie McCullough. Survived by daughters, Geri (Bill) Finch, Carolyn Kilgrow, Kathy (Jerry) Marcelis, and Toni Lee Oettli Peterson; step-sons, Scott (Geri), Gordon, and Roger Oettli, brothers, Irby (Faith), John, and Burton Arrington, 24 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and Godson Jesse. Funeral services Saturday, May 15 at 12:00 noon, Nibley Park Ward, 2450 South 600 East. Viewing Friday, May 14, 6-8 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn, 3401 Highland Drive and at the chapel one hour prior to services. Special thanks to Harmony Hospice staff for their tender care. "We love you Grandma Sally!"
