Mary Dreher, 87, Hays, died Saturday, Dec. 31, 2005, at Hays Good Samaritan Center, Hays. She was born Dec. 8, 1918, in Hays to Martin and Cecilia (Glick) Ubert.

She married Wendelin Dreher on Aug. 18, 1936, at Hays. He preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2003.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Marvin and wife, Gwen, Great Bend; a daughter, Charlotte Phillips and husband, Tim, Kennesa, Ga.; a sister, Agnes Brungardt, Hays; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Brungardt [Ubert].

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hays; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., with parish vigil service at 6 p.m., Wednesday, and from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday, all at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 20th and Pine, Hays.
