HEREFORD — Services for Wanda Tice, 68, of Hereford will be at 2 p.m. today at West Way Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Varner officiating.

Burial will be in West Park Cemetery under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Home of Hereford.

She died Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002.
She was born Dec. 15, 1933, in Ardmore, Okla., and married J.T. Tice on Nov. 28, 1948, in Waurika, Okla. He died Jan. 8, 1993. She was the owner and operator of Tice Grocery in Hereford for more than 22 years and was a member of West Way Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan 8, 1993.

Survivors include two sons, James and Douglas Tice, both of Hereford; two daughters, Phyllis Stillwell of Lampasas and Nadine Watkins of Dumas; two brothers, A.P. Coley of Davidson, Okla and Glen Coley of Ardmore; a sister, Bobbie Sue Prentice of Elk City, Okla.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society — District 15, 3915 Bell, Amarillo, TX 79109.
