Granny was a funny and wonderful person. She worked at the famous Stagecoach Inn, in Salado Texas for as long as I can remember. I remember granny quilting ...I still have several of the quilts she made for me.. I remember her milking cows...churning butter..killing chickens for dinner. She was a true country woman. She even killed snakes. She made the best dewberry cobbler. We would stop along side the road and pick them on the way to her house. Granny I miss you!!
