Charles was a milkman employed by Schierer's Dairy for 20 years. He then worked for the Peoria Water Co. before retiring in Nov. of 1981.
Besides his wife, he is survived by; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Nancy) Hedden; two sons, Charles W. Florey and James R. Florey; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Stephen (Edna) Weber and Mrs. Charles (Adeline) Simms; four sisters, Mrs. William (Jacquline) Schlatter, Mrs. Floyd (Doris) Harrison, Mrs. Curtis (Helen) Hallaway, and Mrs. Robert (Irma) Levi; two brothers, Frank L. Florey and Harold E. Florey; four grandchildren; and eight stepgrandchildren.
