Mrs. Crampton died Tuesday, May 7, at Baptist Medical Center-Montclair in Birmingham.
Survivors include a daughter, Marian Campbell of Wadley; three sisters, Marian Cotney and Billie Clegg, both of Wadley, and Louise Yeargain of Andalusia; a granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Crampton was born in Daviston and was the daughter of the late A.D. and Lula Mae Drake Cotney. She worked as a social worker for the Alabama Department of Human Resources. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell L. Crampton; and four brothers, A.D. Cotney Jr., Braxton Cotney, Ray Cotney and Baron Cotney.
Pallbearers include Don Cotney, Bill Cotney, Mark Cotney, Pat Yeargain, Andrew Meadows, Larry Drake, Bob Crake and Tony Drake.
Arrangements were by Radney's Funeral Home, Alexander City.
