Carrie Beulah Irvine, 97, of Georgetown died on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 in Georgetown. She was born on February 7, 1908, in Williamson County to John Francis and Ella Josephine (Coffee) Yearwood.
She married Donald Patterson Irvine, Sr. on November 19, 1928, at the Yearwood Ranch and he preceded her in death on February 5, 1974. Her parents, five brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughters, Anne Louise Bradford, of Irving, Texas; Linda I. Strong, of Goldthwaite, Texas; and daughter-in-law Angela E. Irvine, of Georgetown; grandsons David D. Strong, of Shreveport, Louisiana, Jon P. Strong and wife Wendi, of Fair Oaks Ranch, Michael A. Strong of Dallas, and Larry Irvine and wife Terra, of Plano, Texas; granddaughter, Yvonne Newman and husband Kevin of Whitehouse, Texas; great-grandchildren, Taylor Strong, Ian Strong, Garrett Newman, Colin Strong, Duncan Strong, and Madison Newman; niece Patricia Thrigpen of Florida; nephew John Yearwood and wife Priscilla,, of Georgetown; sister-in-law Virginia Yearwood, of Stephenville; great-niece, Martha Williams and husband Walt, of Connecticut; and great-nephew Richard Duncan of Utah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 11, at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown. Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 12, at funeral with Pastor Anthony Van Noy officiating. Burial followed at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Georgetown.
Pallbearers were David Strong, Jon Strong, Larry Irvine, John Hutchins, Richard Carmichael and Harold Mickan.
