He leaves one son, PFC Tony Armstrong, U.S. Army, Fayetteville, NC; one daughter, Patricia Yvette Armstrong, Seattle, WA; one foster daughter Patricia Oaks, Seattle, WA; eight brothers: Jessie Williams, Melvin Williams, Phoenix, Arizona; Ernest Williams, Flagstaff, Arizona; Charles Armstrong, Fort Worth, TX; James Williams, James Armstrong, Gilbert Kinney, Richard Kinney, all of Seattle, WA; four sisters: Dorothy Armstrong, Valerie Kinney, Rachel Kinney, Verdie Kinney, all of Seattle, WA; and three grand-daughters. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends to mourn him."
