Funeral services were held at her home on Tuesday, January 2, at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. William Peckham, pastor of St. John's Church, Newburgh, assisted by Dr. Herbert E. Wright of Drew Seminary, Carmel, NY and Dr. E.E. Hart, of Poughkeepsie. The interment was in the Cold Spring Cemetery.
Mrs. Bennett is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Gregory, of Newburgh; Mrs. L.F. Gauthier [Grace L.], of Springfield, Mass; and one son, W. L. [William Louis] Bennett of Newburgh; also by one sister, Mrs. John W. Horton, of Poughkeepsie.
