William Edward Whytsell, 61, of Arnoldsburg, died Sunday, April 11, 1993, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown after a brief illness. He was born in Calhoun County, a son of Lovie Slyder Whytsell of
Spencer and the late Charles D. Whytsell. He was a former Grantsville City Police officer and a member of the National Rifle Association. He is survived, in addition to his mother, by his wife, Rosetta
Whytsell; one son, William C. at home; one step-son, Daniel Harlan of Grantsville; one step-daughter, Glenda Harlan of Akron, Ohio; and two brothers, Robert and Harold, both of Spencer. Services were held Tuesday, at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Burial was in Wright Cemetery, Creston.
