Was Widely-Known Farmer in Mason Community
MASON — Following a lingering illness, Namon E. Landen passed away last Sunday at the Christ Hospital where he had been receiving treatment for three weeks. Mr. Landen who was 65 years of age was a member of Mason Grange and was a prominent and widely known farmer having spent the greater part of his life in Warren County.
He leaves his wife, Lizzie, one daughter, Mrs. Edith Corwin, two sons, Elmer and Earl Landen and two grand children; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel Mueller, of Altehena, Calif., Misses Anna and Minnie Landen of Cincinnati and a brother George Landen also of Cincinnati and many friend.
Funeral services were conducted at the home Wednesday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Phillip Vogel with burial in Rosehill Cemetery in charge of the Ray Gallimore Funeral Home.
