Mattie B. Wilson, age 82, 3205 NE 14, passed away December 1, 1979 at Presbyterian Hospital after a short illness. Services will be at St Johns Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, at 11 am Saturday, Dec. 8. Mrs Wilson was a member of St Johns Baptist Church where she served as Deaconess. She received the Mother of the Year Award in 1973 and was a member of The Eastern Star. Survivors include her husband, Albert, of the home; 6 sons, Fulbright, Albert Jr, Merrix, Dave, William, all of OKC, Isreal of Wichita, KS; 4 daughters, Mrs Mary Arenwine, Mrs Daisy Jackson, Mrs Queen Jackson and Mrs Beulah Grate; 40 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
