Amelia S. Bailey was the first wife of James C. Wrean. Tragically she passed forty days after their baby boy, James G. Wrean. They share a stone with her father and are lain beside her father-in-law, George Wrean ,[unmarked] The Wrean homestead was just across the road & down from this cemetery. George was buried here in 1870, long before it became an official graveyard. Amelia & son are the oldest recorded burials there. Two nieces and a nephew are also buried here, in a different area, Grave orders 62, 63 and 64. They are the children of her brother Thomas and his wife. Her mother, Elizabeth, does not seem to be here. The Bailey family homesteads were just up and down Yochum Run Road a ways from the Wrean's.
