GINESTRA - Mrs. Frances L. Ginestra, 73, 602 Blenheim Drive, died at 1:15 a.m. Friday, April 13, 1979 in St. Anthony Hospital after a long illness. Born Aug. 16, 1905 in Louisiana, the daughter of August and Nancy Tominellie. Lived most of her life in Rockford, coming here from Louisiana. Married to Frank Ginestra in Rockford Nov. 6, 1927; he died Nov. 19, 1975. Member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and Jesus, Mary and Joseph Society.

Survivors include a son, Frank Ginestra, Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. Theresa Bannen, both of Rockford; a brother, Joseph Tominellie, Rockford; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Cascio, Mrs. Grace Ingrassia and Mrs. Margaret Dangelo, all of Rockford; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17 in Gasparini & Oliveri Funeral Home, 707 Marchesano Drive, and 9 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, with the Rev. Leo Dombrowski, pastor, officiating. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
