He was survived by his mother, Rohana (Frogg) Crouch; his wife, Lena Bell (Girdler) Crouch; his children, Ray Crouch and Zelmer Crouch of Seaman, Ohio, George Crouch and Eldon Crouch of Indianapolis, Indiana, Josie Harrison of Wilmington, Ohio, Virginia Hall of Lexington, Kentucky, Alene Pitman, Nenel Gist, and Janie Burton all of Indianapolis, Indiana; his brothers, M.C. Crouch of Somerset, Kentucky and A.B. Crouch of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sister, Annie Barker of Somerset, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Crouch.

Funeral services were held at the Slate Branch Baptist Church with Reverend Robert Silvers officiating.
