Millard Cosby Crouch of Grove Street, Somerset, Kentucky died at Somerset City Hospital after a four month illness. He was 76 years old.

He was born in Fentress County, Tennessee, but had lived in Somerset for 50 years before his death. He was retired.

He was a member of Slate Branch Baptist Church.

He was survived by his wife Helen (Brooks) Crouch (married December 15, 1915); his sons, Willie Crouch of Indianapolis, Indiana, Charlie Crouch of Somerset, Kentucky, Billy C. Crouch of Coseyville, Illinois, and Melvin M. Crouch of Maplewood Missouri; his daughters, Pearl Turner of Granite City, Illinois, Evalane Davis of Bethalto, Illinois, and Delta Sadler of Somerset, Kentucky; his brother, Arvis Crouch of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister, Annie Barker of Somerset, Kentucky; 23 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William "Billy" Crouch and Nancy Rohanna (Frogge) Crouch.

Funeral services were held at the Slate Branch Baptist Church with Reverend Silas New and Reverend J.S. New officiating.

Pulaski Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
