J.M. Harper, 67 years old, well known farmer of near Dabney, died at his home Saturday. The funeral service and burial were at Slate Branch Sunday. Mr. Harper was a member of the Eden Baptist Church and had many friends. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Clarence, Willie, and John Harper of Somerset and four daughters, Mrs. Vida Robertson of Akron, Ohio, Miss Edith Harper of Cincinnati, and Misses Edna and Lucille Harper of Somerset.
