Helen May Northrup Mull, 67, died at 12:15 AM Monday, April 14, 1986, in Lafayette Home Hospital. She had been hospitalized this tie for one month and had been in failing health for six months. Born Jan. 26, 1919, in Lafayette, she was a life resident. Her [second] marriage was June 26, 1948, at Crawfordsville, to Orris William "Bud" Mull, who is a retired Duncan Meter employee. Mrs. Mull was a former employee of Brown Rubber Company and L.S. Ayres. She attended First Assembly of God Church.

Surviving with her husband are a daughter, Marcia Mull of Lafayette. Surviving children from her first marriage are Madonna (Mrs. John) Cunningham of Linden; three sons, Thomas J. Aper of Puna, IL, Jack L. Aper, and William E. Aper; a sister, Mrs. Irene Bowsher; two brothers, Ernest "Doug" Northrup and Ira "Bud" Northrup, all of Lafayette; twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. There will be a private family service at Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, the Rev. Gregory A. Hackett officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
