If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, we'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again…

Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Doris L. Cole Maslin, 94, of North Rome, Pa. passed away on Monday, April 28, 2014 at the Bradford County Manor, Troy, Pa.

Doris was born on Dec. 28, 1919 in Vawter, Pa., one of twelve children to Harry and Cora (Brenchley) Arnold. On Oct. 10, 1994 she married Donald Maslin and he predeceased her on May 26, 2009. Doris was a devoted long time member of the Rome Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Doris owned and operated "Hilly Crafts" for over 10 years — she enjoyed sewing and she made well over thousands of quillows for area craft shows and her family. She will be forever remembered and forever missed.
