He and Addie were married in her parents home 3 miles east of Ord. They moved to Bremerton, WA in about 1942 for war-related work in shipyards, as did many people then. He died of a heart attack in or near Bremerton. They farmed near Kimball, NE from 1919 to 1942. In Seattle area he was a maintenance worker, mainly with machinery at the Bremerton Naval Shipyard and at the Boeing Airplane Co. until 1951 when he was a self-employed maintenance worker.
They were members of Hillcrest Presbyterian Church in Seattle area. (Willmore's funeral was conducted at that church.) Both Wilmore and his wife worked in the Bremerton naval yards during World War II.
