OLIN PERRY - Aged 5 Dies From Burns
Found with Nightgown In Flames Early Monday Morning, Dies AT Rome Infirmary at 4 p.m.
The death of Olin, the five year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Olin Perry of 733 W. Liberty street, occurred at the Rome Infirmary, Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock, resulting from burns at his home when his clothing became ignited. The Sentinel on Monday told of the accident and stated that at that time it was believed he was dying.
Just how the nightgown caught fire is not known. He and his brother, Stanley, aged three years, arose about 8 a.m. and went down stairs and soon thereafter, Olin came back up to his mother, his clothing in flames. He was rushed to the infirmary but he had been fatally burned and death resulted. There are three other children, Stanley, Mabel and Maryland. The parents will have the sympathy of the people in their trying affliction.

The funeral services will be held at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Perry, 733 W. Liberty street, on Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment, in Churchville Cemetery.
