"Dusty" Warren Rhoads, 59, of Russellville, departed this life on Thursday, June 14, 2007, at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.

He was born on December 27, 1947, at St. Joseph, Missouri to Warren Eugene and Marie Adams Rhoads.

Dusty was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. His passion was trucking and he was a driver for Ronnie Dowdy Trucking.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Sharleen Rhoads of Russellville; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Nathan Butler of Russellville and Dusty Lee and Tracy Rhoads of St. Joseph, Missouri; two daughters and a son-in-law, Sarah Butler of Russellville and Stacy and Lyndon Nitura of Colorado; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Jeannie Rhoads of Springfield, Missouri and Rick and Rita Rhoads of Tracy, Missouri; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary and Ronnie Phroper of St. Joseph, Missouri and Pat Lawson, also of St. Joseph, Missouri; three grandchildren, Alyssa, Shelly, and Bailey Nitura, all of Colorado; an unborn grandchild, Brian Andrew Adams of Russellville; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral was held Monday, June 18, 2007, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Whorton officiating.

Burial, was in THE SECTION BEHIND THE OFFICE with military honors provided by the V. F. W. Rogers-Rye Post 2283 of Russellville was at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Russellville, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
