GORDON (Mutt) GREENWOOD, 74, of 422 Lodi St., died yesterday in St. Mary’s Hospital.
A native of Newark, N. J., he was a Syracuse resident 56 years. A former New York Central brakeman, he has been retired 20 years.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lyman Vibbert of Oswego; two sons, Robert N. and Kenneth W. Greenwood; a brother, Douglas Greenwood of New Jersey; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Sykes and Mrs. Grace Burke, both of New Jersey; 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Welter Funeral Home, the Rev. Roy Dykes officiating Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home, 2649 James St.
