Mrs. R.C. Bunge served as organist and the church choir sang "For Me to Live Is Jesus", and "Abide With Me". Casket bearers were Kenneth Bultman, Elmer Holtkamp, Charles Ludwig, Harold Ronsiek, Elmer Johnson and Dallas Huebner.
Mrs. Bultmam, the former Minnie Eilers, was born December 8, 1891 at Ulm, Arkansas. She moved to Ireton at the age of 12 and was married on February 7, 1912. Her husband preceded her in death in September, 1959.
The Bultmans moved to Union County, South Dakota, in 1936 and to Hawarden in 1947. They lived on a farm southeast of Hawarden for 25 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Gifford Dougherty of St. Paul, Minnesota, Mrs. Elmer Bell and Mrs. Wendell Petry of Hawarden; three brothers, John of LeMars, William of Hawarden and Lewis of Missouri Valley. She also had nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
