Thomas William Allen, Son of Thomas George and Gladys Norah Allen, of Blairmore, Alberta. Canada. Thomas was served with the RCAF in WWII and lost his life when his plane, Stirling LJ829 190 Squadron crashed near the Van der Molenallee street, Doorwerth, Gelderland Holland...

Takeoff at 15:00± hrs for a re-supply operation in support of operation Market Garden.
The aircraft crashed under unknown circumstances. All nine crew members perished in the crash and are buried at the Oosterbeek War Cemetery:
