Age 63, daughter of the late Frank W. and Virginia Anthony Kern. Mrs. Boniger was a member of St. Julia Roman Catholic Church. She was an avid cook, enjoyed bird-watching and caring for animals. She had been a telephone operator for AT&T and the Erie plant of General Electric.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert and Paul Kern.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Richard M. Boniger; a son, James A. Boniger and his wife Brenda of West Springfield; a daughter, Mary Lee Uber and her husband William of Emporium; and three grandchildren.
Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
