Eleanor graduated Harborcreek High School in 1959 and was formerly employed at Smuggler's Warf, Erie Head Start Program, and worked on Camp Farms in North East. She was an active member of the Orchard Beach Assembly Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband Frank Miller; second husband, Gordon H. Bissell; a son, Daniel Miller, step-daughter, Melodie Bissell; a grandson, Christopher Moore, and an infant brother.
She is survived by her sons, David Miller (Cindy), Charles Miller (Billy Jo), Robert Miller, William Miller, and Frank Miller Jr. all of North East; daughters, Norma Wick (Mike) of North East and Patricia Moore of Erie; sisters, Margaret Morey (Perry) of North East, Jean Hainley (Harold Jr.) of Holidaysburg, Pa., and Virginia Hagan (Bud) of Girard; an uncle, Harold Phillips of Erie; 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Interment Wales Cemetery.
