"Herman Wilson Bettler, 65, passed away July 20, 1989. He was born in Green Twp. and had lived there all his life. He was a life-time farmer, and had retired after 33 years as a bus driver for Green Local Schools. He was a member of Green Valley United Methodist Church, Lodge 752 F&AM, and the Summit County Farm Bureau. He is survived by his wife, Mary Imogene; son, Larry of Westerville; grandchildren... sisters, Marguerite Kleckner and Helen Cormany, both of Greensburg, and Margaret Foltz of Akron. The family will receive friends TODAY, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hecker Funeral Home in Uniontown, where funeral services will be held Saturday, 10 a.m., with Pastor Peter C. Kaltenbaugh officiating. Interment East Liberty Cemetery. Memorials may be made in his name to Green Valley United Methodist Church or Hartville Church of the Brethren."
