Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Charles and Martha Heiney.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.
Surviving is a daughter, June L., of Bethlehem.
Arrangements will be announced by the Wallace M. Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem.
