Faith Elizabeth "Betty" Levi, 73, of Connersville, passed away 12:32 AM Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Reid Hospital of Richmond. She had been a cancer survivor for more than eight years.

One of eleven children, she was born May 5, 1940 in Versailles, Ohio, the daughter of Marshill Hill and Dorothy Elaine (Daughtery) Baucom.

On August 14, 1959, she was married to Loren Stanley Levi in Connersville; he died August 9, 2006.

For more than thirty-eight years, she was employed by Philco/Ford and its successor Visteon and subsequently retired from there.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church; in her leisure, she enjoyed playing cards and bingo, gardening, interacting with animals, but especially spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Survivors include four children, Eli Levi of Indianapolis, Indiana, Marsha Levi and her companion Brian Roberts and Violet Reed and her companion Chris Harvey, both of Connersville, and Lori Levi and her companion Mike Beck of New Castle, Indiana, a step-son, Victor Harvey of Milton, Indiana, fourteen grandchildren, Todd and Madison Levi, Teia Purcell and her companion Tim and Bubby Purcell and his companion Morgan, Danielle Atkinson and her companion James and Preston Atkinson, Mercedes, Harlie and Erin Reed, Kendall and Chelsea Harvey and her companion Josh, Dylan, Michelle and Andrew Beck, three great-grandchildren, Adri, Roman and Carly, several step-grandchildren, four brothers, Ernest Roy Baucom and his wife Priscilla of Kettersville, Ohio, Edward Lee Baucom of Bayne, Ohio, Douglas Brent Baucom and his wife Diana of Floyd Knobs, Indiana and Mark Joseph Baucom and his wife Erica of Rock Hill, South Carolina, two sisters, Patsy Ruth Maris of Shelbyville, Indiana and Brenda Lee Baucom of Connersville, Indiana, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Loren, a daughter, Jovetta Levi Harvey, two brothers, Milton Earl and Jerry Allen Baucom, and two sisters, Joyce Betrice Smith (Baucom) and Cynthia Ann Waters (Baucom).
