HERMAN JENTSCH SR.

Herman Jentsch, Sr., 90, retired farmer from the town of Rantoul, died this morning at the home of his son, Walter of the town of Rantoul, after a brief illness.
He was born on Aug. 6, 1866, in the town of Herman, Sheboygan County, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Jentsch. He was married on Sept. 27, 1896, to Anna Zarnoth at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church in the town of Rantoul. Following his wife's death in 1943 he resided with his son. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be held at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Rev. T. H. Hilgendorf, pastor, will be in charge of the services. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Survivors include five sons, Gerhardt of Cedar Grove, Herman J., Robert, Clarence and Walter, all of Route 1, Hilbert; four daughters, Mrs. Otto (Frieda) Gruett of Route 1, Hilbert. Mrs. August (Lydia) Bartz of Reedsville, Mrs. Clarence (Anna) Krueger of Route 1, Brillion and Mrs. Helen Schroeder of Chilton; 48 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
