Bill Dial 58, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, June 24. He was born in Helena, Arkansas on April 6, 1952 to the late Wallace P., Jr. and Norma Jean Spratt Dial. Bill was a 1970 graduate of West Memphis High School, AR. He was employed with Ray Skillman Northeast as a service writer. He dearly loved his family, spending time with friends, and hunting and fishing. A memorial visitation will be Monday June 28, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Thompson Road Chapel, 3333 E. Thompson Rd. Bill is survived by his loving wife of four years, Ann; daughter, Jacki Frederick; grandson, Jaylen Frederick; bonus daughters, Jessica and Sue Rall; bonus son, Christopher Rall; siblings, Debra Dial and Wally Dial; beloved friends, Ryan and Julie Shackelford; and numerous other loving friends.
