Christian Science services for Alfred Goodell, 83, 127 12th St., who died at 11:30 o'clock Thursday night in his home, will be held at 2:30 p.m. today in the Julian Poorman funeral home, 304 N. 5th St. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Goodell was an employee of Twin Disc Clutch company before retiring six years ago.
He was born Feb. 8, 1874, in Lime Ridge, Wis., son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Goodell. He lived 39 years in Rockford, coming here from Wisconsin. He married the former Ruby Nott here June 8, 1921.
Survivors include his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Edward Collier and Mrs. Virginia Meyers, both of Rockford; and five grandchildren.
