Born in the Town of Ledyard he had resided in Auburn 51 years. He was a retired Lehigh Valley Railroad employe and had been employed at the Seward Mansion.
Mr. Aiken was a member of Lake Avenue Christian Church and Auburn Lodge, Odd Fellows.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Pattington of Scipioville and Mrs. Ruth Harmon of Auburn; nieces and nephews.
Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Langham Funeral Home. Burial will be in Springbrook Cemetery, Fair Haven.
Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
