Debra Cole, 57, of Van Buren died suddenly Thursday, May 5, 2005, in a car crash in Alma, Arkansas. She was born April 6, 1948, in Fort Smith. She was a radiologist technologist for Mercy Hospital Turner Memorial in Ozark, retired from Sparks Regional Medical Center, a member of First Baptist Church in Van Buren, the choir and Dr. Ross Sunday school class, and the National Barrell Racing Association.

Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith.

She is survived by a daughter, a son, her parents, two brothers, and two grandchildren.
