Funeral services for Margaret Causey, 87, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside with Rev. Mike Hicks officiating. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the funeral home. Margaret was born in Campti, LA on May 22, 1926 to Irvin and Lucille Dowden and passed away on March 2, 2014. She was a resident of Cypress Point Nursing Home and a member of Hope Community Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Leo Causey; her parents, brothers, Gorman and Jack Dowden; sisters, Mary Lovelace, Odell Savell, Elvis Posey, Jo Ann Nelms and Linda Stewart. She is survived by her sons, Jerry Causey and wife, Judy, Jimmy Causey and wife, Pam; daughter, Dianne Griffith and husband, Greg; sister, Verna Clevenger; grandchildren, Tammy Curlin and husband, Jon, Carol Woodward and husband, Doug, Jay Johnson, Shannon Anderson and husband, Brad, Eric Griffith and wife, Emily, Amber Bumpus and husband, Ben, Jody Madrigal and husband, Bill; 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Eric Griffith, Josh Jordan, Branson Woodward, Doug Woodward, Jon Curlin and Brad Anderson
