Lynn LaCasse Blount was 61 years old. She passed away at Fairhaven Home, 149 Fairhaven Drive. She was a native of Columbia, S. C. and the daughter of the late Clarence and Katherine Sistrunk LaCasse. She was also the widow of Robert Blount who died in 1995. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a son, Eric Blount of Myakka, Florida; a daughter, Melanie J. Karr of Grandville, Michigan; two brothers, Terry LaCassee of Green Cove Springs, Florida and Mark LaCasse of Bangor, Me.; two sisters, Karen MacFeggen and Cheryl Collins both of Zephyrhills, Florida; and one grandson. Graveside services were held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 21st at the Pompano Beach Cemetery in Pompano Beach, Florida. Her son Eric delivered the eulogy there. The Padgett and King Mortuary was in charge of local arrangements in North Carolina and Kraeer Funeral Home in Pompano Beach.
