BEN M. BAX DIED AT AGE 74
Funeral services were held Sturday, January 28th, 1967 at the Immaculate Conception Church at Loose Creek, for Ben M. Bax, 74, of Loose Creek, who died Wednesday, January 25th, 1967 at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Missouri, following an illness of two weeks. Officiating was the Rev. A.J. Hoegen. Burial was in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Bax was born April 8, 1892 to Joseph and Katherine Kloeppel Bax. On November 12, 1919, he was married to Betty Schoenauer in Rich Fountain. He is survived by his widow; a son, Herbert J. Bax of Osage Bend; two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Libbert of U.S. 63 N. of Jefferson City, and Mrs. Edgar Frank of Linn; thirteen grandchildren; three brothers, William Bax of Cicero, ILL., Gerhard Bax of Freeburg, and August Bax of Jefferson City.
