Julie was born and raised in Port Morris, NJ. She lived in Dover, Randolph, Boonton and then Succasunna before moving to Arden, NC in 2000.
She worked as a secretary for McGregor Sportsman in Dover after high school, where she met her husband James. She was a stay at home mom until 1965 when she went to work at First National Iron Bank (now PNC) in Mountain Lakes for 25 years until retiring in 1990.
During her time spent in Succasunna, Julie was a very active member of St. Therese R.C. Church where she attended mass daily.
Julie was pre-deceased by her parents: Luigi Esposito and Marie Cedia of Port Morris, NJ; her husband of 41 years, James Acquavia; her brother, Michael Esposito of Dover, NJ; & her sister, Josephine of Toms River, NJ.
Survivors include her daughter, Lana Wright and her husband, Scott of Arden, NC; her sons: James Acquaviva, Jr. and his wife, Sherri of Grovetown, GA and Sam Acquavia and his wife, Lynn of Moore, SC, all formerly of northern New Jersey; & her brother, Louis Esposito of Myrtle Beach, SC; Julie is also survived by her 5 grandchildren: Julienne, Brian, Lexie, Anthony, and Christopher; and her great-grandson, William.
